Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following return policy carefully.

📦 Returns (EU customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email before returning the item. Return address will be provided after return request confirmation.

To be eligible for a return:

·        the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

·        the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

·        return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer                               

 

      This right does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order products, which are produced individually after purchase, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

❌ Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

·        custom-made or made-to-order items

·        items that show signs of use

·        items returned without prior notice

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚫 Damaged or lost shipments

We are not responsible for:

·        delays caused by postal services or customs

·        lost or damaged untracked shipments once the order has been handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law

·        incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
